Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 5 medium size
  2. Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  3. Green peas 1/2 cup
  4. Onion 1 medium sized finely chopped
  5. Capsicum 1/4 cup finely chopped
  6. Grated Beetroot 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Dhania Jeeru powder 2 tsp
  9. Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
  10. Sugar 1 tsp
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  12. Salt as required
  13. For dough:
  14. Wheat flour
  15. Salt 1/2 tsp
  16. Oil 1 tsp
  17. Water for kneading

Instructions

  1. For dough: Mix the the four, oil and salt and knead a medium hard dough for paratha. Let it rest for 10 minutes
  2. Boil potato, cauliflower, green peas. In a bowl take the boiled potato, cauliflower, green peas andash them. Now add the finely chopped onion, capsicum and grated beetroot. Add red chilli powder, dhania jeeru powder, pav bhaji masala, sugar, salt and lemon juice and mix well for filling. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. For paratha: Male small balls from the dough and roll into medium size round parathas. Add the filling on one half side and cover it with the other half making a semi circle and seal it. In a tava cook the paratha and serve hot with ketchup.
