ABOUT Red chilli hot garlic lollipops RECIPE

Chicken lollipops tossed in a hot garlic sauce of spiced red chillies. It is a Chinese starter. A hot spiced recipe that will be loved by spicy food lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For marination-
  2. 15 chicken lollipops
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp pepper powder
  6. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  7. 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  8. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 lemon juice
  11. For lollipop dip batter-
  12. 1/2 cup Flour
  13. 1/2 cup Corn flour
  14. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1 tsp pepper powder
  17. 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  18. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1 egg
  20. Water as requeired
  21. Oil to deep fry
  22. For red chilli garlic sauce-
  23. 10-12 dried Kashmiri red chillies
  24. 4-6 red chillies
  25. 1 tbsp oil
  26. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  27. 1/2 cup water
  28. 1 tsp soya sauce
  29. Salt to taste
  30. 1 tsp pepper powder
  31. 1 tbsp tomatoe ketchup
  32. 1/2 tsp sugar
  33. 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. For making sauce- Soak both chillies in water for 30 min.
  2. Now in a mixer grinder grind the chillies with little water in a paste.
  3. Heat oil in pan add garlic and let it golden brown.
  4. Add the chilli paste and saute.
  5. Add water and let it cook.
  6. Add the rest ingredients.
  7. And now let it cook.
  8. For lollipops- Marinate the chicken lollipops and keep for 1/2 hour.
  9. Now prepare the dipp batter according to ingredients by mixing everything well forming a runny batter.
  10. Dip the lollipop in batter and deep fry until crispy and cooked.
  11. In the prepared sauce add capsicum juliens and saute.
  12. Now add the chicken lollipops in prepared sauce and toss it on slow flame.
  13. Remove and serve.
