Ingredients Serving: 6
For marination-
15 chicken lollipops
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 lemon juice
For lollipop dip batter-
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Corn flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 egg
Water as requeired
Oil to deep fry
For red chilli garlic sauce-
10-12 dried Kashmiri red chillies
4-6 red chillies
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup water
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp tomatoe ketchup
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
For making sauce- Soak both chillies in water for 30 min.
Now in a mixer grinder grind the chillies with little water in a paste.
Heat oil in pan add garlic and let it golden brown.
Add the chilli paste and saute.
Add water and let it cook.
Add the rest ingredients.
And now let it cook.
For lollipops- Marinate the chicken lollipops and keep for 1/2 hour.
Now prepare the dipp batter according to ingredients by mixing everything well forming a runny batter.
Dip the lollipop in batter and deep fry until crispy and cooked.
In the prepared sauce add capsicum juliens and saute.
Now add the chicken lollipops in prepared sauce and toss it on slow flame.
Remove and serve.
