Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pui - 2 bunch
  2. Onion - 1, small, chopped
  3. Raddish - 2, chopped
  4. Pumpkin - 150 gm, chopped
  5. Peas - 1 handful (optional)
  6. Ginger - 1 tsp
  7. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Panch phoron - 1 tsp
  9. Green chili - 2, broken
  10. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  11. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  12. Mustard oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add five spice, chili
  2. Add onion, fry 2-3 min
  3. Add other veggies except the greens, fry for 5 min
  4. Add greens, cook for 5 min, with lid on
  5. Add ginger, cumin, turmeric, sugar, cook for 5-7 min
  6. It's a dry dish. If still water is there, that released from the greens, you need to dry it up
  7. At the end, add mustard oil, mix well
