Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken. 1/2 kg
  2. Onion. 1 number
  3. Tomato. 1 number
  4. Coriander seed. 1 tbsp
  5. Fenugreek seed. 1/2 tbsp
  6. Pepper. 3/4 tbsp
  7. Red chillies. 12 numbers
  8. Cumin. 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1 tsp
  11. Vinegar. 1tsp
  12. Pepper powder. 1/2 tsp
  13. Curry leaves. 1 hand full
  14. Salt. As Requird
  15. Oil. 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. heat the spices slightly .then grind into fine powder
  2. Chop the onion
  3. Chop tomato
  4. Crush the ginger and garlic
  5. Take another cooker add chicken pepper powder vinegar salt with little bit of water.mix it and cook till it done.when it done keep it aside
  6. In a pan heat oil add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.stir till it comes golden colour.
  7. Add tomato and curry leaves .cook for 5 minute
  8. Add garam masala .and main masala powder (Grinted) little salt.stir it well to make masala
  9. Add cooked chicken with water in to masala.close the lid and cook for 15 minute.
  10. Switch off the stove and serve.. Simply spicy chicken gravy Its a great combination with chappathi ,parotta .
