Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled Hara chana
  2. 2 tbsp curd
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 onion
  5. 2 tomatoes
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. salt as required
  8. 2 bay leaves
  9. 1 cinnamon stick
  10. 2 green cardamom cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tspoon turmeric
  12. 1 tspoon hot red chilies powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala
  14. pinch of cinnamon and star anise powder
  15. 2 tbsp coriander

Instructions

  1. In a mixture grinder add two tbsp boiled green chana and 2 tbsp curd and churn it
  2. heat a pan add oil into it add cumin in warm oil add the bay leaves and cinnamon sticks stir it add the ginger,garlic and green chilies paste stir it
  3. add the chapped onion sote on slow heat after few minutes add the tomatoes all mix sote and cover the pan and cook some time
  4. add the turmeric, red chilies powder and garam masala mix well
  5. add the boiled chana water and cook some time
  6. add the 1/2 cup boiled chana and add the crushed boiled chana and curd mix and cover the pan and cook some time
  7. add the coriander and 2-3 pieces green chilies and cover the pan and cook 2 minutes
  8. Tikhari Hara chana is ready
