ABOUT Green Medley RECIPE

This is a mix of healthy green leafy vegetables tempered with lot of garlic.Simple but tasty stir fry vegetable which can be eaten with roti as well as with daal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach-1/2 cup
  2. Fenugreek/Methi - 1/2 cup
  3. Amaranth leaves-1 cup
  4. Green garlic-2 tbsp, chopped
  5. Oil-1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander cumin powder-1 tsp
  9. Green chili-1, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash all the greens 3 to 4 times and finely chop
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add green garlic,green chili and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add all chopped green vegetables and mix well
  4. Add salt and cook covered for 5 minutes
  5. Add turmeric ,coriander cumin powder and mix well
  6. Cook for 5 minutes until leafy veggies are cooked and moisture has evaporated. Serve warm
