ABOUT Schezwan Spinach Curd Rolls RECIPE

It is a great combination of palak and hung curd with spicy tangy mixture

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 10 to 12 palak leaves
  2. 1 cup hung curd
  3. 4 tbsp schezwan sauce
  4. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp chili paste
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 4 Tbsp corn flour
  10. 4 tbsp flour (maida)
  11. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  12. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash palak leaves and keep it aside
  2. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd , schezwan sauce , salt , chili paste , ginger garlic paste , kasuri methi and mix well
  3. In an another bowl , add corn flour, Maida, salt and pepper powder. Mix well
  4. Add water and mix to form smooth thick batter
  5. Apply curd mix on spinach leaves and roll it
  6. Dip Spinach rolls in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown over medium heat. Serve hot with mint chutney
