Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Green tomatoes 250 gms , pureed
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup
  3. Mixed Chopped vegetables (French beans,Carrot, Peas and Capsicum)-1/2 cup
  4. Spinach puree 1/4 cup
  5. Ginger and green chili paste-1 tsp
  6. pavbhaji masala 2 tsp
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Black salt-1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander leaves-2 tsp
  11. Butter-2 tsp
  12. oil 2 tsp
  13. Juice of 1 small lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat Butter and oil in a pan,add Pavbhaji Masala. Mix well
  2. Now add ginger chili paste and tomato puree.Mix well.Cook it till oil separates
  3. Add potatoes and mixed vegetables with spice powders and mix well. Sprinkle little water and cook until veggies are tender
  4. Add blanched spinach puree and salt. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. Mix lemon juice well. Garnish with coriander leaves and butter. Serve hot with roasted buttered pav.
