Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach / palak puree - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Chopped ginger - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped garlic - 1/2 cup
  5. Corn - 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped green chili - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Mint powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Cream - 1 tbsp
  11. Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
  12. Cloves - 2
  13. Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  14. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  15. Tomato puree - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Add whole garam masalas and roast for 2 minutes
  3. Add onion and saute till onions brown.
  4. Add ginger, garlic and saute for 2 - 3 mins.'
  5. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes
  6. Add spinach / palak puree and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  7. Add green chili,red chili powder ,mint leaves and corn. Mix well.
  8. Garnish with cream.Serve hot with chapatis.
