Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Vermicelli - 300 grams
  2. 3 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  3. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  4. 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  5. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  6. 1/2 cup paneer , cubed
  7. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  8. 3 Tablespoons onion ginger garlic paste ground coarsely
  9. 1 Teaspoon red Chili powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  11. 3 chopped tomatoes
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Ghee 2 teaspoon
  14. Oil 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak vermicelli in a bowl for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water
  3. Steam vermicelli for 5-8 minutes , keep it aside
  4. Heat ghee and oil in a pan
  5. Add onions and saute until translucent
  6. Add capsicum and stir for a minute
  7. Add tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Add cabbage, carrot, paneer. Mix well
  9. Add onion ginger garlic paste , cook until veggies are tender
  10. Add Red chili powder and garam masala powder. Mix well
  11. Add coriander leaves and mix
  12. Add steamed vermicelli
  13. Mix well until vermicelli is well coated with masalas. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  14. Serve warm
