ABOUT Green Omelette Roll RECIPE

We always eat omelette in the middle of two bread slices but here I have made roll of omelette to give it a different look.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Egg 2
  2. Onion 1 large, chopped
  3. Ginger 1 inch piece, chopped
  4. Garlic cloves 5, minced
  5. Green chili 2, finely chopped
  6. Green peas 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil 1 tablespoon
  9. Coriander leaves 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Blend green peas, ginger, garlic, green chili and coriander into smooth paste. Add eggs, green paste, chopped onion in a bowl
  2. Add salt and whisk until well combined
  3. Heat oil in a cooking pan and spread evenly
  4. Pour the egg mix in pan and spread evenly. Cook until done
  5. Roll omelette with wooden spoon.
  6. Cut Omelette into rolls
  7. Cook until both sides are golden brown
  8. Serve warm with bread slices and tomato sauce.
