Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. small onion 6, chopped
  2. Oil 2 tablespoon
  3. Tomato 2 , chopped
  4. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  6. curry leaves 1/4 cup
  7. Ginger 1 inch
  8. Garlic cloves 3
  9. Green chili 2, chopped
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tablespoon
  11. Urad dal 1 tablespoon
  12. Grated coconut 5 tablespoon
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add onion,tomato,garlic,ginger. Saute it for 7 min
  2. Add coriander leaves,curry leaves,mint,green chili and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add grated coconut and saute for 5 min.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool. Grind mixture with salt and little water to smooth chutney
  5. For seasoning:
  6. Heat 1 tbsp oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add urad.dal and saute until golden brown.
  7. Pour the seasoning for the chutney and serve
