Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken - 300gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Hung curd- 2 tablespoon
  5. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  6. Kashmiri Red chili powder- 2 tsp
  7. Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder- 2 tsp
  9. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
  11. Corn flour-3 tsp
  12. egg- 1
  13. Oil for frying
  14. For gravy
  15. Curd- 3 tablespoon
  16. Green chilies(slit) - 2
  17. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  18. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  19. Curry leaves- 3 tbsp
  20. Garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
  21. Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
  22. Red chili sauce- 2 tsp
  23. salt as per taste
  24. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add ginger garlic paste,salt,curd, coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,lemon juice,egg, turmeric powder and mix well. Marinate chicken with mixture and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Add cornflour to the marinated chicken and mix well
  3. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown and crisp
  4. In a bowl , mix curd, pepper powder,kashmiri red chili powder,red chili sauce,salt.
  5. Heat 2 tsp oil in another pan, splutter cumin seeds.Add chopped ginger and garlic and the slit green chilies, now add the Curry leaves and the fried chicken pieces,mix everything well. Add above curd mixture and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti
