Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Vermicelli 1 cup
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  3. Green chili 2, chopped
  4. Tomato 2 , chopped
  5. Green chutney 4 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  8. Butter 4 tbsp
  9. Peas 4 tbsp
  10. Turmeric 1 tsp
  11. Curry leaves 5-6
  12. Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cook Vermicelli as per package instructions and keep it aside
  2. Heat butter in a pan, splutter cumin seeds
  3. Add curry leaves and stir for few seconds
  4. Add Veggie and spices and mix well
  5. Cook until veggies are tender. Add green chutney and mix well
  6. Add vermicelli and gently mix. Squeeze little lemon juice and stir well. Serve warm
