ABOUT Dahi Vermicelli RECIPE

This is a wonderful recipe..made with less oil ,good for health

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/4 kg vermicelli
  2. 1/2 kg curd
  3. 1 tsp chanadol
  4. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  6. 4 green chili slices
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan to boil the vermicelli.
  2. Add salt,oil as well to the water.
  3. Now add the vermicelli to the boiling water.
  4. Cook until they are soft.
  5. Turn off strain water keep a side
  6. Take a tadaka pan put oil, chanadol, mustard,jera, curry leaves,chili slices
  7. Take a bowl, put curd & whisk nicely
  8. Add salt then put strained vermicelli
  9. Add tadaka , and pomegranate seeds.
  10. Garnish with mint leaves
