Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken - 500 gm.
  2. Small Onion 5-6
  3. Onion Paste 2 tablespoon
  4. Garlic 10-12 cloves
  5. Garlic paste 4 tablespoon
  6. Fresh Coriander paste 1 cup
  7. Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp - adjust
  8. Tomato: 1, chopped
  9. Refined / Olive oil- 2 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric Powder :- 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Salt:- to taste
  12. Sugar:- 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with onion paste, garlic paste , coriander paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Refrigerate the marinated chicken at least for an hour.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  4. Add the marinated chicken, small onion, garlic and tomatoes and mix well
  5. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked well stirring occasionally
  6. Sprinkle fresh coriander on cooked chicken and mix. Switch off. Keep pan covered for about 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with Roti, Paratha or smoked rice.
