Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi flour 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  3. Drumstick leaves 1 cup
  4. Shallots chopped 1 cup
  5. Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon
  6. Coconut chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tablespoon
  8. Curry leaves chopped 1 tablespoon
  9. 5 Green chili chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Gingely oil 4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, Mix all ingredients except oil , knead soft dough
  2. Heat tawa, drizzle oil , take lemon sized ball of dough and using wet palms , spread and shape like roti on tawa
  3. Cook over medium flame, cover with lid for five minutes , Flip and the cook uncovered for five minutes.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney
