ABOUT Green Finger Salad RECIPE

This green finger salad has very different and delicious flavors. You get finger sized bites of apple, potatoes and cucumber in a coriander flavored mayonnaise base. Spice it up according to your taste and your family would definitely love it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled potatoes 2 medium sized
  2. Apple 1/2
  3. Cucumber 1/2
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  5. Green chilies 2
  6. Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  7. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Chop the potatoes, apple and cucumber into finger size.
  2. Grind mayonnaise, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and salt to form a smooth paste.
  3. Add the paste to chopped veggies and fruit and mix well.
  4. Serve as starter or with roti or rice.
