Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken - 250 gms
  2. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  3. Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
  4. Chopped onion - 2 medium
  5. Chopped capsicum - 1 medium
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
  9. Chopped green chili - 1
  10. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  11. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken pieces with soya sauce ,vinegar,1 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,a pinch pepper powder,kashmiri mirch and salt. keep it aside for 1 hour
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken pieces. Keep it aside
  3. In a bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar chilly sauce, pinch of black pepper powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  4. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil.
  5. Add onion,ginger garlic paste and capsicum and mix well.
  6. Add fried chicken , salt and corn flour mixture
  7. Add water as required , green chili and mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
