Soak Moon Dal for 1 hour. Clean and drain excess water
Grind moong dal, green chili, coriander leaves ,ginger, citric acid, sugar and salt to fine paste.
Now add edible soda to the batter; and pour the batter in the greased idli plates.
Steam the dhokla for 10-15 mins.
Allow to cool for 5 min. De mould dhoklas
In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds ;curry leaves, green chilies. Splutter muster seeds.
Add seasoning to Dhoklas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
