It is a traditional receipe of my mom and nani. I really loved this recipe. You can serve it with everymeal. It is not very spicy. But sweet and sour.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Moti mirch 10
  2. Salt 2 tablespoons
  3. Sugar 4 tablespoons
  4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  5. Mustard oil 2 tablespoon
  6. For filling of masala:
  7. Cumin seeds 2 tablespoons
  8. Aniseed 2 tablespoons
  9. Mustard seeds (red) 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Make a slit in chilies and deseed it.
  2. Dry roast masala ingredients and grind to smooth powder.
  3. Add salt and sugar to this masala. Mix well
  4. Stuff masala in every chili with the help of spoon.
  5. Heat the mustard oil to burning point and remove from flame.
  6. Add the chilies into a bowl and add remaining dry masala and salt
  7. Add vinegar and hot mustard oil. Mix well. Allow to cool and store in airtight container for 4 days atleast stirring daily. Serve
