Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Puree of 1 cup raw peas
  2. Mashed or Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  3. Milk powder 4 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  5. Cream or malai 1/2 cup
  6. 1 cup or more crushed and chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Heat non stick pan and saute peas on low flame. It will take about 10 minutes
  2. Add all the other ingredients and cook till it thickens and starts leaving sides of the pan . Add pistachios and mix well
  3. Add the mixture to greased plate. Allow to cool completely. Cut into pieces. Serve Chilled OR Alternatively directly add the mixture to individual bowls, garnish with pistachios and serve cold
