ABOUT Green Tea/Matcha Panacotta RECIPE

An Italian dessert infused with fresh flavour of green tea takes it to another level.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Full fat milk 1/2 cup
  2. Heavy cream 1 cup
  3. sugar 2tbsp
  4. Gelatin 24gms
  5. Matcha 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add 1 tbsp hot milk and mix in the matcha and whisk well.
  2. In a deep non stick sauce pan, mix in the milk and cream together and bring it to boil.
  3. Lower the flame and add in sugar.
  4. Stir and add in gelatin and whisk well till it dissolves completely.
  5. Now add the matcha mix to the pan and stir again.
  6. Switch off and pour the mixture into the silicon moulds/ramekins.
  7. Allow to cool completely and chill for atleast 2 hours .
  8. Unmould the panacotta and serve cold.
