Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cups
  2. Water - as required for making dough
  3. Ginger - 1 inch grated
  4. Fenugrueek leaves - 1 cup finely chopped
  5. Garlic- 5-6 cloves minced
  6. Salt- as per taste
  7. Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala -1 teaspoon
  10. Oil - 8 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients with 2 tablespoon oil and knead the dough
  2. Let it rest it for 15 mins
  3. Divide dough in equal portions and roll them into parathas
  4. Place on hot tawa, drizzle with oil. Cook on both sides. Serve hot with pickle
