Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.half kg ladyfinger
  2. 2.1 teaspoon salt
  3. 3.1 teaspoon red chilli
  4. 4.half teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. 5.1 teaspoon coriander powder
  6. 6.1 teaspoon garam masala
  7. 7.half tea spoon mango powder
  8. 8.some drops of oil
  9. 9.half teaspoon of roasted cumin seed powder
  10. 10.1 table spoon sarso oil

Instructions

  1. Take ladyfingers ,wash them and clean with any cotton cloth
  2. Cut from upper and lower side, make a long cut in middle
  3. Now mix salt,red chilli,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,mango powder,cumin seed powder n oil drops. mix all things properly
  4. Now fill this mixture in all lady fingers
  5. Heat oil in a pan. place all ladyfingers. Cover for 5 to 7 minutes for low flame
  6. After 7 minutes check if they are done.
