Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour -1 cup
  2. Bathua puree -3/4 cup
  3. Carom seed -1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger- chilly paste- 1/2 tsp
  5. Hing a pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take bathua wash and put in mixer and grind it to smooth puree.
  2. Mix whole wheat flour. Bathua puree. Carom seed. Ginher- chilly paste. Hing and salt in a bowl. Kneed a soft dough and rest for 5 minutes
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Divide the dough into equal portion and roll into thick poori.
  4. Deep fry on medium flame till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with pickle or chatni
