ABOUT SPINACH MUFFINS RECIPE

These green gobbles are full of health and taste. Spinach muffins are rich with health of spinach, banana and honey with heavenly aroma of cinnamon. One can't resist to have bite again. Recipe comes out super soft and fluffy

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. Wet ingredients
  2. Baby spinach leaves fistful
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Milk cream 1/4 cup
  5. Honey 3/4 cup
  6. Banana 1
  7. Vanilla essence few drops
  8. Dry ingredients
  9. All purpose flour 1 cup
  10. Baking powder 3/4 tesp
  11. Baking soda 1/4 tesp
  12. Salt a pinch
  13. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tesp

Instructions

  1. Blend together all 6 wet ingredients to a smooth paste.
  2. Seive together all 5 dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix nicely. Just mix, don't beat.
  5. Fill the batter in greased muffin moulds halfway. As they raise up double in size on baking.
  6. Microwave on high for 1/2 minute + 1/2 minute per serving. For eg. Micro for 2 minutes for 3 servings, increase time by 1/2 minute for each serving.
  7. Super soft, healthy, gorgeous muffins are ready to serve.
