Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For cous cous
  2. 1 cup cous cous
  3. 2 cup water
  4. 1 cube vegetable stock
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. 2 tbsp green cardamom finely chopped
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. For grilled veggies
  10. 3 florets broccoli blanched
  11. 1carrot blanched
  12. 1/4 th each of red yellow and green capsicum
  13. 3 baby corn blanched and cut
  14. Salt and pepper to taste
  15. 1 tsp olive oil
  16. For paneer steak
  17. 2 rectangular pcs of paneer
  18. 1 tsp soya sauce
  19. 1 tsp worchestshire sauce
  20. Salt and pepper to taste
  21. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  22. 1 tsp oil
  23. For Tahini mayo
  24. 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  25. 4 tbsp Olive oil
  26. 1 tsp garlic chopped
  27. 4 tbsp mayo
  28. 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  29. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. For cous cous
  2. Heat water in a sauce pan .To this add vegetable stock cube. Let the water cone to boil.
  3. Add cous cous to this . Cover with lid and let it remain for 10 mins .
  4. After 10 mins
  5. Now seperate grain of cous cous with help of fork
  6. For pan frying. Heat a pan .
  7. Add oil to this.
  8. Then add chopped onion. Saute for few mins.
  9. Now add cooked cous cous , Salt and pepper to taste and chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Keep it aside.
  11. For stir fried veggies.
  12. Heat a pan .Add olive oil to it.
  13. Then add cut capsicum . Saute and then add other blanched veggies. And salt and pepper to taste .
  14. For paneer steak
  15. Marinate paneer in all ingredirnts
  16. Heat a grilling pan . Pan fry these
  17. For Tahini mayo
  18. In a blender blend sesame seeds,olive oil, garlic and salt.
  19. Blend in a smooth paste
  20. Add mayo to this paste and mix well
  21. For presentation
  22. Place cookie cutter on a.serving platter.
  23. Fill half way cous cous on it
  24. Then.add veggies and grilled paneer
  25. Drizzle Tahini mayo on top and serve
