Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Egg 8
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Black pepper powder to taste
  4. Onion rings
  5. Oil for make roll
  6. For dough
  7. Maida 1cup
  8. Milk 3/4cup or as you more knead
  9. Salt 1/2tsp
  10. Oil 2tbsp
  11. Stuffing :
  12. Boneless Chicken cut into strips
  13. Onion sliced 2
  14. Capsicum cut into juliens 2
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Tomato puree 4-5tbsp
  17. Mix spices (red chilli powder, kashmiri mirch powder, coriander powder,) 1tsp each
  18. Soya sauce 2tsp
  19. White vinegar 2tsp.
  20. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl mix the ingredients for dough and knead it cover with cilling and rest for 30 min Then make a balls and roll it for thin chapatis and lightly tossed in a hot pan and make a soft chapattis
  2. Take a pan heat 2tbsp oil add add sliced onion and sauté it turns the colour is not golden add ginger garlic paste and mix spices sauté for a minute then add salt,and tomato puree sauté for 2-3min and keep aside
  3. Take a pan heat 1tbsp oil add the chicken strips sauté for 2-3min add capsicum juliens , bhuna masala and garam masala powder and dry the chicken mixture. Beat one egg add salt and pepper powder and beat it.
  4. Take a roti tawa heat it 1tsp oil spread the egg then covers a chapatti for egg better and cooked it for slow flame the egg cooked for golden colour
  5. Take egg chapatis take the chicken stuffing in the centre spread the onion rings and tomato ketchup and lightly rolled in one lower side and rolled in center like a roll.
