Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  2. Raw rice 1 tsp
  3. Hing pinch
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ginger 1/4 tsp
  6. Cabbage 2 tbsp
  7. Carrot 2 tbsp
  8. Capsicum 2 tbsp
  9. Onion 2 tbsp
  10. Green chillies 2
  11. Curry leaves few
  12. Coriander leaves handful

Instructions

  1. Soak 1/2 cup Urad dal and 1 TSP Raw rice
  2. Add Urad dal, hing and salt to blender. Grind to fluffy paste
  3. Add finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves
  4. Add finely chopped onion, cabbage, carrot and Capsicum
  5. Add finely chopped Ginger. Mix well
  6. Deep fry bondas
  7. Serve hot with coconut chutney
