Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Grated Beetroot -1 Medium
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes -4-5 Medium
  3. Chopped Coriander leaves
  4. Chopped onion -1 Medium
  5. Chopped garlic
  6. Chopped green chillies -2-3
  7. Chopped Nuts (cashew, Walnut) -3 tbs
  8. Masala Oats -1/2 cup
  9. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
  11. Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
  12. Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
  13. Kitchen king Masala -1 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Bread crumbs (Optional)
  16. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take oil in a pan add Garlic, onion
  2. Add green chillies and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Now add beetroot and saute for 5 minutes on low medium-low flame
  4. Now add boiled potatoes for 5-7 minutes and add spices
  5. Now take out Mixture and mix nuts and Coriander leaves...let it cool
  6. Now greased hands and take some mixture wrapped in skewers and coat from Masala Oats.....
  7. Shallow fry in a non-stick pan with some oil for 20-25 minutes on low medium-low flame.....
  8. Serve with beaten yogurt
