Add wholewheat flour, salt and oil to the bowl and mix it
Add enough water to knead firm but smooth dough. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of oil on dough and knead again for 3 to 4 minutes. Cover with the lid and keep aside for 30 minutes
Chop onions, broccoli. Wash curry leaves and keep aside. Wash chillies and remove stem and peel ginger and garlic and keep aside
Add chopped broccoli, curry leaves, chopped onion, chilli, ginger and garlic to the jar of blender.
Blend it to smooth paste, remove in a bowl and keep aside
Add peas and rice to the jar of blender.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and sauté for few seconds.
Slow down the heat and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, yogurt, cumin powder, chaat masala, kasturi Methi, and salt and mix properly
Add broccoli and peas and rice mixture to it and mix properly.

Keep aside the mixture and let it cool down completely.
Method For Making Stuffed Paratha:
Divide the dough into equal portions and keep aside
Divide the stuffing into equal portion and keep aside
Take one portion of dough and roll it into small round circle.
Place a portion of the rice stuffing in the centre of the circle.
Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly.
Roll out again into a small circle with the help of a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) or frying pan.
Cook the parathas by using little oil, till they turn brown in colour from both the sides.
Repeat 4 to 8 steps with the remaining dough and stuffing to make more parathas.
Serve it with yogurt and garlic chutney
