Uzbu al zainab also as zainab's fingers.There is a saying that the lady who prepared this was zainab and so comes the name.Not sure whether its true or just a myth.This is a easy and delicious dessert for any occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 samosa sheets
  2. 3 cube cheese
  3. 1/2 cup sugar syrup
  4. Paste For sticking the sides:
  5. 1 tsp maida
  6. 1/2 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into pieces each.
  2. Take a samosa sheet and place the halved cheese.
  3. Roll it tightly with sides closed.
  4. Make paste with the flour and water.
  5. Paste the ends with flour.
  6. Make sure the cheese can't melt through the sides.
  7. Deep fry.
  8. Pour the sugar syrup just before serving.
