Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Besan 1/2 cup
  3. ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Malai /regular Cream of milk 1 cup
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Pinch of haldi powder
  8. Powder sugar or jeggary 1 and half cup
  9. Cardamom powder 1/4th teaspoon
  10. Chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, besan, pinch of salt, pinch of haldi Powder and cream of milk
  2. With the help of little milk , prepare a tight dough and keep aside covered for some time
  3. Now roll thick bhakari or chapati and cook on tawa
  4. Cook on very low heat till done and keep turning in between
  5. Dry roast on flame for some time
  6. Bhakaris are ready
  7. Allow them to cool completely
  8. Now break bhakaris and take in a blender.Add jeggary or powder sugar and some almonds or other dry fruits of your choice.
  9. Churn them in to a coarse mixture
  10. Add ghee, cardamom powder and dry fruits ...Mix well and prepare laddus .
  11. Lastly sprinkle some poppy seeds on ready laddus so that it sticks
