Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chicken keema 500 gm
  2. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Gram Flour 4 tablespoon
  7. Beresta of one big onion
  8. Ginger & garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  9. 1 green chilli chopped
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  11. Mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoon
  12. 1 lemon juice
  13. Chat masala 1 tablespoon
  14. Butter 2 tablespoon
  15. Salt to taste
  16. White oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in chicken keema except chat masala and butter.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 mins.
  3. After 30 mins take out the mixture and add chat masala and butter.
  4. Add the mixture in sheeks.
  5. Heat a pan add some oil, stir fry them and serve hot.
