Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Spinach 1 bunch
  2. Whole wheat flour 4 cups
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Carrom seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Blanch the spinach and strain it.
  2. Make the poori of it with green chillies.
  3. Now make d dough of flour with spinach puree adding salt and carrom seeds.
  4. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat oil and a karahi and make small poories.
  6. Serve with pickle sabzi or curd.
