Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Paneer 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 4
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon
  4. Tomato 3
  5. Peanuts 1tablespoon
  6. Bay leaves 3-4 leaves
  7. Khare garam masale 2 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1teaspoon
  11. Coriander powder 3 teaspoon
  12. Malai 1tablespoon
  13. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Grind onion to paste consistency
  2. Blanch tomato and make paste.Roast peanuts and grind them to paste by adding little milk .
  3. In a pan crackle cumin seeds roast onion followed by ginger garlic paste then tomato paste
  4. When it is roasted properly add peanuts and grind to paste in it
  5. Roast again for few minutes
  6. In another pan heat butter add bay leaves and khade garam in it
  7. Transfer it to another pan
  8. Now add water and cook for few minutes
  9. Add malai in it
  10. Add cubed paneer in it .
