Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  3. Curd 1/4 cup
  4. Warm water 1 cup
  5. Desi ghee 6 tablespoon
  6. Desi ghee for frying
  7. For sugar syrup
  8. Sugar 2 cup
  9. Water 1 cup
  10. Crushed cardamon 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour curd desi ghee baking soda and knead a soft dough with help of water
  2. Now keep it side for rest till 1 hour
  3. For sugar syrup
  4. Take big pan add sugar and water to make one string consistency
  5. Now make small peda from dough and press a little from middle
  6. Heat ghee in kadai
  7. Add ten peda at a time
  8. Now fry these balushahi in low flame from both the sides till golden brown
  9. Fry rest of all
  10. Now dip all balushahi in sugar syrup and cover with lid leave. It for an hour
  11. Serve and enjoy
