I make doll cake for My doll. Very easy to make doll cake. And the best gift for your doll on her birthday.

Ingredients Serving: 6

Maida 1 cup
Curd 1 /2 cup
Sugar 1 /2 cup
Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Baking soda 1 /2 tablespoon
Milk powder 2 tablespoon
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Hot milk 1/2 cup
Oil or butter 1 /2 cup
Whipped cream
Food colour red and blue

Instructions

Seive maida baking powder and milk powder.
Mix curd baking soda and sugar and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven on 180 degree centigrade
If you are taking butter then whip it till light and if use oil then mix oil and essence in curd after five minutes.
Now mix dry ingredients in wet in two batch and mix it.
Now add milk and make a smooth cake batter in greased round tin.
Bake it for 20 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean.
I made two separate round cake. One small round,and second big round cake.
9. Take it out and let it cool down completely. And then you can Decorate.
I used two round cakes and apply whipped cream. On the top fix stand doll. Her dress is full of cream. Which I used to make with nozzle with Blue and pink food colours.
