For pistaschio sponge
Sieve Maida baking powder, baking soda pistachios powder and cardomon powder and keep it aside.
Beat sugar,oil and butter . To this add maida.mixture and.make batter with milk.
Add pista color
Pour the batter in round greased tin .
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 40 minutes or till skewer comes out clean
Let the cake cool down
For Rasmalai
In a sauce pan heat milk .when milk comes to boiling point switch off the flame . To this add lemon juice and Let the whey seperate
Strain it through a muslin cloth.
Wash it under running water to remove lemon odour
When water completely drips off put Chena on work top
Mash it with palms of hand to make it smooth mixture.
Make small tikki out of it.
For sugar syrup
Heat sugar and water in a sauce pan
When it starts boiling add Chena tikki to it . Cook for some time till it floats on top.
Strain sponge and keep it aside
For Rasmalai milk
Heat milk .
Add saffron strands, sugar, elaichi powder. Cook till it becomes half.
Add cooked sponge to milk and cook.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down
For cake frosting
Cut cake in layers
Put bottom layer on cake board . milk of
