Cheesy Bite Pizza

Take 1.5 teapoon yeast. Mix in 1 cup of warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Rest for 10 minutes till its frothy and bubbly

In a plate take 2 cups of all purpose flour add 1.5 tsp of salt. Make a well in between and add the proved yeast water. Add 2 tablespoon of oil and knead into a dough. Knead well for 10 to 15 minutes. Dust dry maida if its sticky to handle. When dough is ready rub it well with oil and keep in a covered bowl to rise at a warm dry place for 2 hours .

After the dough has risen well. Punch it will. Dust a flat place to roll it . Place the pizza on a baking tray. Add cheese cubes about an inch inside the edges of pizza base and cover with the edges.

At the centre apply pizza sauce. Cover with shredded cheese and veggies of ur choice. Sprinkle pizza seasonings at the top.

Now at the ring of the edge of the pizaa base, cut them at equal distance of two inches. Pull and twist the cheese filled edges. Apply butter on the cheesy bites.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes or till it gets brown and looks done. Enjoy yummy cheesy bite pizza.... cheesy in every bite.
