ABOUT Dragon Fruit Smoothie RECIPE

Healthy, full of fiber..delicious and crunchy this unusual smoothie definitely packs a punch!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Dragon Fruit, peeled and sliced
  2. 1 cup yoghurt
  3. 1 Banana
  4. Any nut of choice(Walnuts/Almonds)
  5. Any seed of choice(Flax/Chia)
  6. Additional honey if desired
  7. Crushed Ice
  8. Mint for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Combine the Dragon fruit, yoghurt, nuts, banana, seeds, honey(if using) and crushed ice in a blender and blitz.
  2. Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint.
