Chocochip Cookie Shot Milk Glass

ABOUT Chocochip Cookie Shot Milk Glass RECIPE

This is glass shaped chocochip cookies..you can surprise your kids with this beauty pouring milk.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
  2. Granulated sugar 2 tablespoons
  3. Light-brown sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Egg 1 or 2 tablespoon milk (at room temperature )
  5. Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
  6. Mini chocolate chips 3/4 cup
  7. All-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups
  8. Paper Cups(small)-5-6(specially known as coffee cup)
  9. For filling 1/2 cup dark-chocolate (broken into pieces )
  10. Milk(cold) 1 cup
  11. Colourful Sprinkles-1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C
  2. Grease the paper with vegetable oil Line with butter paper
  3. Beat together the oil ,brown, granulated sugars, egg and vanilla extract, and mix until completely
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until creamy.
  5. Add the mini chocolate chips to flour, mix well.
  6. Add chocochip mixed dough into the liquid mixture and mix until crumbly.
  7. Put cookie dough with spoon into the paper cups
  8. Then stick it to the sides and bottom part of cups by pressing your fingers to give a glass shape.
  9. Do the same with remaining glass.
  10. Refreigerate for 20 minutes before baking.
  11. Remove from refrigerator and put the cups on baking tray
  12. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes(depending on the oven) or until the cookies just start to brown.
  13. Make sure both rods of oven are on.
  14. First 20 minutes put the wrack in middle row. Last 5-10 minutes put the wrack in lower row of oven
  15. Remove from the oven, and let cool completely.Keep in the fridgr for 10 minutes.
  16. Melt chocolate, (at low in microwave)..let it cool
  17. Fill each glass cookies with melted chocolate (make sure glasses should be filled)..set aside for 1 minute.
  18. Turn the glasses and remove excess chocolate into the chocolate bowl
  19. Brush little chocolate on upper outside of the glass and then put some sprinkles
  20. Keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes then remove all glass cookies from refrigerator and enjoy
  21. Pour cold milk into each glass and enjoy.
