Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cornflakes 500 grams
  2. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  3. Kaju n kismis 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies 10
  5. Kadiptta 5 sprigs
  6. Mustard1 teaspoon
  7. TilI 1 teaspoon
  8. Hing a pinch
  9. Sugar 2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add 4 tablespoon of oil and let it get medium hot ,once it is hot fry cornflakes ,and keep aside
  2. Then fry peanut, daliya,kaju one by one nand keep it aside
  3. Take a teaspoon of oil in another pan and heat it ,and then add mustard,hing ,kaddiptta,til and green chillies
  4. Now put this tempering on to cornflakes
  5. Now mix cornflakes and other fried items and add salt
  6. Once chivda gets cooled put in container.Chivda is ready
