Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 500 grams
  2. Sugar 35 grams
  3. Fresh yeast 15 grams
  4. Blanched Palak gravy 1 cup
  5. Grated cheese 1 cup
  6. Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  7. Diced cut Cheese cubes to taste
  8. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  9. Oil 3 to 4 tablespoon
  10. Ginger garlic chilly paste 1 tablespoon
  11. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Grated paneer 1 cup
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Milk powder 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Add fresh yeast, sugar and salt to Maida.
  2. Add milk powder and 2tbsp oil into the mixture.
  3. Add Blanched Palak paste into the mixture. Make a dough like a roti.
  4. Grese the dough with some oil and neigd it for 5 mins.
  5. Heat some oil and add cummins seeds, ginger garlic chilly paste and saute it well.
  6. Add onion and capsicum. Saute it.
  7. Add spices and saute it.
  8. Add grated panner and cheese to it. Mix it well
  9. Stuffing is ready. Put it aside.
  10. Take a small chunk of dough and put our stuffing into it. Add diced cheese cube on top.
  11. Cover the edges and make it round like a bun.
  12. Brush some oil on baking tray and put the bun. Press it a little on the top and grease some oil.
  13. Let buns to proof for around 1 hour in a warm place.
  14. Put puffed buns into the oven for 180°c for around 35 mins.
  15. Once cooked well, grease some butter on top before serving.
  16. Paneer stuffed hariyali buns are ready to serve.
