Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  6. Food color
  7. Elachi
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a kadai take milk,maida,ghee and mix
  2. Cook mixture till it get thick
  3. Take mixture,make dough and let it rest for few minutes
  4. Make four portions of dough add food color of your choice
  5. Roll yellow portion and cut roundels from it
  6. Now give one horizintal and one vertical cut in these roundels to make petals
  7. Make the inner part of the rose by rolling one petal
  8. Now by making inner portion ,attach one petal and other petal by overlapping and make rose
  9. Our yellow rose is ready ,like this make other roses too
  10. Different color roses are ready
  11. Now for leaves, roll green dough and cut leaves by knife
  12. Leaves are ready
  13. Deep fry flower and leaves
  14. Make sugar syrup
  15. Add fried roses and leaves into this when sugar syrup is bit cold
  16. Now rose sweet is ready
