ABOUT eggless chocolate cake RECIPE

this eggless chocolate cake taste awesome with chocolate ganache, and some chocochips

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flower/maida 1 1/2 cup
  2. Powdeered sugar 1 cup
  3. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Cocoa powder 5 tablespoon
  6. Oil/butter 1/2 cup
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  9. Coffee powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Hot water 1/4 cup
  11. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  12. Pinch of salt
  13. Chocochips 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl seive all purpose flour
  2. Seive baking powder and baking soda
  3. Sieve cocoa powder
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Sieve powdered sugar
  6. Grease baking container
  7. In other bowl add milk
  8. Add vanilla essence
  9. Add oil/butter
  10. Add vinegar
  11. Whisk it properly
  12. Add coffee to hot water
  13. Add this coffee decoction to milk mixture
  14. Now add vinegar
  15. Add this wet mixture to dry mixture
  16. Mix with spatula
  17. Pour mixture in greased container
  18. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven
  19. Temprature will be 180 degrees
  20. Keep amul cream for boiling
  21. Add chopped chocolate when cream boils
  22. Switch off flame
  23. Keep mixing
  24. Cool it for sometime
  25. Check cake after 25 minutes
  26. Insert toothpick if it comes clean cake is baked
  27. If doesn't bake for another 5 minutes
  28. Remove cake from oven
  29. Cool it completely
  30. Cut the cake from middle
  31. Spread ganache
  32. Keep other part over it
  33. Spread other ganache over cake
  34. I made swirl with help of butter knife
  35. Spread choco chips on sides of cake
