Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onions (chopped)
  2. Tomatoes (puree)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Maggi magic masala
  6. Mango powder to taste
  7. Ghee
  8. Red chilli powder to taste
  9. Garam masala to taste
  10. Fenugreek(fresh or dried your choice)
  11. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Ginger 1/4 inch
  13. Malai 1/2 cup
  14. Milk 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds when it starts to crackle add onions and ginger mix them and saute it till golden brown,
  2. Add tomato puree and all the spices,
  3. Let it cook properly till it leaves ghee on the sides,
  4. Take malai in the mixer and churn it for a second,
  5. Add the malai in the chaunk and let it also cook till it leaves the side,
  6. Add paneer cubes and little milk for the gravy,
  7. Stir it for few minutes,
  8. Then switch off the flame and its ready.
