Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Flour 3/4 Cup
  2. Semolina 1/4 cup
  3. Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Cocoa Powder (optional, I didn’t use it) 2 tablespoon
  6. Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup
  7. Butter Or Oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Sugar 1/4 Cup
  9. Cooked Beetroot Pureed

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter/oil, sugar, Add beetroot and mix until combined
  2. In a separate bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt Add the flour mixture and chocolate chunks to the butter mixture and mix until combined
  3. Place balls of dough on a greased tray, flatten and bake at 175˚C/350˚F until it sets, about 15 minutes.
