Soft-baked red velvet chocolate chip cookies it's yummm

Ingredients Serving: 8

Flour 3/4 Cup
Semolina 1/4 cup
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder (optional, I didn’t use it) 2 tablespoon
Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup
Butter Or Oil 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Cooked Beetroot Pureed

Instructions

Cream together butter/oil, sugar, Add beetroot and mix until combined
In a separate bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt Add the flour mixture and chocolate chunks to the butter mixture and mix until combined
Place balls of dough on a greased tray, flatten and bake at 175˚C/350˚F until it sets, about 15 minutes.
