Oil 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Pinch of salt
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
Butter milk 1/2 cup +2 tablespoon
Powder sugar 1/4 cup

Instructions

Method Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes to 200 degree c
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda cocoa powder and salt into a large mixing bowl mix well to this add oil powder sugar vanilla essence and 1/2 cup butter milk mix well to nor thin nor thick consistency
Butter the cup cake tin and dust with the flour tap the excess flour now add cake batter into each cup cavity and sprinkle crushed walnuts
Bake for 20 minutes or bake until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean Yummy chocolate cup cake is ready thank you happy cooking
